Do I have to buy a full case?
You can order any amount from a single bottle upwards.
As my order is a gift, can I send a message with it?
Yes, use the gift message box on the final order page.
Do I have to enter my credit card details online?
You can request us to phone you, when you are finalising your order, select "Contact me by phone" as the payment option. Alternatively during Irish business hours, phone your order through to our shop on 353-1-8409341. If you do choose to pay by credit card the site is fully secure.
I cannot find a wine on the site that is in the printed price list.
The Web site shows the wines available in our warehouse now. We have sold out of the wine in the printed list.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders are normally delivered within 3 working days throughout Ireland. Deliveries in the Dublin area are normally same or next day.
My order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
What should I do?

Can I have my wines delivered to my work place?
We do deliver to work addresses.
What will happen to my delivery if I am not in to receive it?
A card will be left with a phone number for you to call to arrange an alternative time. Instead you may also wish tell us if there is somewhere safe to leave the wines (e.g. with a neighbour or in a shed). Use the 'Special Instructions:' box on the final order page
