Shipping Conditions

All wine deliveries will be made 3-5 business days after receipt of order. All other items may take up to 10 days for delivery. In most instances we use Fastway Couriers as our shipping agent. Once you receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been dispatched from our office, you may track your order using the tracking number provided in the email. Log onto the www.fastway.ie website and enter the tracking number.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are €15.00 for up to 30 kilos approx 2 cases of wine.

Claims for breakages
Upon receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect it to make sure that it is intact. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the couriers documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 14 days of the delivery.

Damage in Transit and Returns
We accept returns and give refunds where the goods have not been opened or damaged. You may chose to return all or part of your order. Shipping costs back to us are normally at your expense (except where the goods do not comply with statutory requirements) and we can only credit you upon safe receipt and inspection of the goods into our warehouse. All refunds will be paid as soon as possible within 30 days of you contacting us provided our courier has picked up the products. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit to you, the damaged goods must be returned to us.

Inspection of goods
You agree to inspect the products immediately after it has been delivered. If the product is damaged, or you have not received the correct quantity, you agree to inform the carrier and us at info@designerwine.ie within three working days of receipt of the product. You agree to retain any damaged product for our inspection and collection, should we wish to collect the damaged product from you. We will provide a full refund when you provide us with reasonable proof of the damaged product. If it is clear at the time of delivery that you order is not complete or is damaged, you should not accept delivery.
