Braille Labels

Designerwine was established 3 years ago and provides wine labelled with a personalised message and gift wrapped for all occasions.

Designerwine has established a partnership with the National Braille production Centre who are equipped to print Braille labels. The existing label can be left on the bottle for fully sighted people and this is overlaid with the Braille label for the visually impaired person.

If the wine is required as a gift for a visually impaired or fully sighted person the original label is removed and a new label from the Designerwine collection is attached with the message for the occasion. A Braille label is then overlaid onto the gift label. The package is then gift wrapped as an individual bottle or as part of the gift basket collection.

Wine can be selected from the Designerwine cellar and labelled with Braille labels to identify the Wine type and include information about the origin of the wine and suitability for food types etc. A mixed case can be provided with individual Braille labels on each bottle. The cost of labelling the wine with Braille labels is one euro per bottle. Designerwine provides a full nationwide delivery service. A 12 bottle cases of wine can be shipped anywhere around the country for 12 euro.
